• Working with the cross functional team heads team to improve strategies and efficiency for value creation for the client
• Well versed with detail reporting of all the project to senior management and leadership.
• Clearly define and understand the risk and dependencies and able to take proactive action to mitigate risk or impact
• Proactively define sustainable goals for the organization based on the vision
• Working with other departments to discover new avenues and initiatives and plans for the programs
