We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Program Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide case management services while supporting, training, and supervising employees with disabilities. The Program Specialist plays a key role in promoting individual success, ensuring quality services, and fostering a safe, productive, and inclusive work environment. Provide case management services for individuals with disabilities. Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and document employee progress. Provide hands-on training, coaching, and supervision to employees. Develop and implement individualized support strategies to help employees achieve their goals. Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with families, service coordinators, employers, and other professionals as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reports in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. What are the Job Requirements?
Education:
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Special Education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, or Human Services;
- OR•Bachelor's degree in one of the above fields plus one (1) year of experience working with individuals with disabilities;•OR•Associate's degree in one of the above fields plus three (3) years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Drug Test, Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & FBI Fingerprints Other requirements: Valid Driver's License & Valid Auto Insurance
