This role partners with Direct Support Professionals, Program Specialists, and leadership to ensure quality services, regulatory compliance, staffing support, and exceptional care for the individuals served. Responsibilities Provide weekend operational leadership for multiple residential homes. Support, coach, and mentor Direct Support Professionals. Ensure quality services and person-centered supports. Assist with staffing coverage and weekend scheduling needs. Respond to emergencies and provide on-call leadership as needed. Complete documentation, incident follow-up, and required reports. Conduct home visits to ensure compliance with state and organizational standards. Partner with leadership to promote employee engagement and retention. Qualifications Human Services, Social Services, Healthcare, or related supervisory experience. Previous leadership experience in residential, IDD, behavioral health, or human services preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to work weekends and travel between residential locations.
