High SchoolResponsibilities Engage inbound leads promptly to assess case viability, uncover client pain points, and determine fit for cancellation services. Deliver clear, empathetic overviews to set realistic expectations and establish trust. Coordinate and book formal consultation appointments between qualified prospects and Vice Presidents. Maintain meticulous, real-time records of client interactions, lead statuses, and key case details within Salesforce. Meet or exceed regular activity benchmarks, qualification metrics, and scheduled consultation goals. Partner with the broader sales operations team on targeted outreach initiatives and ad-hoc projects as business priorities evolve.
