Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented New Product Launch Manager to direct the company's New Product Launch function to ensure the successful completion of customer program requirements and company objectives as they pertain to quality, cost, delivery, and service. It will ensure maximization of HMUS resources and facilitate effective flow of communications between launch teams and executive management. Responsibilities Oversees the daily operation of the New Product Launch group. Develop and maintain comprehensive launch timelines and project plans Define key deliverables, milestones, and critical path activities Track program performance against timing, quality, and scope objectives Lead cross-functional program reviews and launch meetings Escalate issues and drive corrective actions when milestones are at risk Provides leadership to work-groups in resolving problems and implementing corrective action plans and ensures contingency plans are available Develops the skills of subordinates to fullest potential Ensures all customer schedules are completed on time Represents the company and its management with customers and suppliers in project related areas Must follow all company requirements in regard to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and generally seven plus years of experience in a related field -or- An advanced degree and generally five plus years of experience in a related field Have experience working with integrated computer programs and/or applications Have very strong communication skills both written and verbal Have strong administrative and organizational skills, and possess the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs Experience with product launch and production startup activities Automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier experience Proven project management experience Be able to pass all background checks and pre-employment tests, including any required drug test Be able to maintain the confidentiality of any information s/he encounters Join us as a New Product Launch Manager if you're ready to energize our new product pipeline through innovative leadership and meticulous execution!

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
