Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Prevention Education Liaison to serve as a vital connector between our organization and the communities we serve. In this role, you will implement, and promote child abuse prevention education curriculum in multiple school districts aimed at helping children and youth recognize abuse, identify safe individuals, and empowering them to live safer and healthier lives. Your energetic approach will inspire community engagement, foster meaningful relationships, and support public health initiatives through education, outreach, and advocacy. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in community well-being while advancing your skills in providing prevention education, community outreach, and program development. We currently have two female staff assisting with this program and are looking for a male to join their team! Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging child abuse prevention education programs tailored to community needs, focusing on current case trends and technology facilitated crimes against children. Conduct outreach activities within diverse communities to raise awareness about resources, services, and preventive practices. Collaborate with community organizations and schools to coordinate programs that address major risks to our children and youth . Provide parent education on how to keep children safe in the online world as well as recognizing grooming and abuse. Also provide training on Texas being a mandated reporter state. Collect data on program participation and outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and inform continuous improvement efforts. Requirements Bachelor's degree Experience working with culturally diverse populations is essential. Knowledge of social media platforms and apps is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively engage diverse audiences. Experience with data collection and evaluation. Must be bilingual-
Spanish and English Pay:
$48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
