Program Specialist Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 10:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

Full Time Position Summary The Program Specialist helps support the day-to-day operations of Boys & Girls Club programs, specifically programming for 3 year olds to 11. This position works closely with program staff and leadership to make sure staff are prepared, schedules are communicated, supplies are available, and programs run smoothly. Position will transport snack and supplies between the main site in Brigham and the site in Garland. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever help is needed. Must have a car and be able to drive between sites, transporting goods as needed. Mileage will be reimbursed. Key Responsibilities Support staff with the daily operation of youth programs and activities. Report on licensing, staffing, curriculum, youth participation and other required outcomes. Make sure staff have the materials, information, and resources they need to successfully run programs. Assist with creating, updating, and distributing staff schedules. Monitor program and activity supplies and make sure needed items are stocked and available. Help organize and prepare supplies for upcoming activities and programs. Communicate schedule changes, program needs, and important information to staff. Check in with staff throughout the day and help address questions or immediate needs. Assist with program setup, activities, transitions, and cleanup when needed. Help ensure program spaces are organized, clean, and ready for youth. Support staff in maintaining a positive, safe, and engaging environment. Help identify program or staffing needs and communicate concerns to leadership. Assist with basic record keeping, organization, and other operational tasks. Step into program areas and provide direct support when additional staff assistance is needed. Complete other duties as assigned to support successful Club operations. Qualifications Strong organization and communication skills. Dependable and able to follow through on assigned responsibilities. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Comfortable communicating with staff and leadership. Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Experience working with youth or in a youth-serving organization is preferred. Ability to work consistently Monday-Friday from 10:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable and is willing to help out as needed. Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
