As a Program Management Director, you will: Develop, train, and oversee the implementation of functional strategies and objectives for program management across the Power and Data Division. Lead the program management function for multiple Power and Data Division businesses, including direct leadership of program management personnel. Establish program baselines that ensure execution meets or exceeds proposal margin targets. Identify, develop, and implement improved program management processes, tools, and best practices to support each Business Unit. Build and mentor senior program management leadership, ensuring required competencies and behaviors are fully embedded. Create performance metrics, dashboards, and management tools to monitor ongoing program management effectiveness. Review underperforming programs, partner with program leadership on mitigation plans, and oversee recovery execution. Position program management as a growth enabler for revenue and operating profit. Bring prior experience from Aerospace & Defense or other highly regulated industries (such as pharmaceutical).

Pay:

$156,190.00 - $195,884.73 per year
