We work one-on-one with people in their communities to prepare them for work, get jobs, and support them with training on the job. Area Coordinators help ensure that this work is done effectively and meets the needs of the people we support. This position will support Employment Specialists working with referrals from the following Commonwealth of Virginia's Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services offices: Fredericksburg and Culpeper.
