Friendship Circle of Washington is a nonprofit in Seattle dedicated to creating a world where people with special needs are included, celebrated, and supported. We run programs that pair teens with children and young adults with special needs — building real friendships, real skills, and a community that genuinely shows up for each other. We're growing, and we're looking for a Program Coordinator to help bring it all to life. What you'd actually be doing: You'd be at the heart of our programming — planning events, building relationships with families and teen volunteers, managing logistics, and helping create the kind of experiences that people talk about for years.
Think:
Sunday afternoon programs, weekday evening events, creative curriculum (art, STEM, life skills), and a whole lot of community building. You'd also have a hand in our social media presence and recruitment strategy. No two days look the same. It's dynamic, it's people-focused, and it's genuinely fun.
