Job Description

Job Overview The Marshall County FRN is seeking a candidate who is ambitious and self-motivated to lead enrichment opportunities for families. This individual should have an outgoing personality and the desire to cultivate relationships with partners. The Program Coordinator is sought to coordinate and develop program services, foster community partnerships, compile and distribute information, and create enrichment opportunities for family and youth. A successful candidate will be able to coordinate multiple projects and programs simultaneously and collaborate closely with staff and community partners to support other organizational activities. Some examples of specific work duties may include, but not limited to: Plans, coordinates, and distributes monthly projects. Assists with planning, coordinating, and facilitating programs for youth and families. Attends community events and resource fairs. Manages product inventory and inventory tracking system. Assists with project documentation and information compilation for reporting. Attends grant meetings, trainings and/or events. Manages hygiene closet. Provides support as needed to the Family Support Center Director to achieve grant objectives. The Program Coordinator must be self-directed with excellent organizational skills and have the ability to execute multiple projects at one time. The applicant must be dependable with the ability to work flexible hours and may require occasional travel including overnights. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $18.00-20.00 per hour based on experience. This position does not offer remote work.
