Help ensure individuals participating in AOT receive coordinated treatment and support services. Supervise program staff and oversee the quality of services provided. Lead the AOT Management Team and Steering Committee. Ensure the program meets the requirements of its federal SAMHSA grant. Oversee program documentation, data collection, reporting, and required deadlines. Monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Help develop plans to sustain the program beyond the initial grant funding. Perform other duties necessary for the successful operation of the program.
