WE ARE HIRING - CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Cowise Group is looking for an experienced, organized, and results-driven Construction Project Manager to manage our projects in the Gulf Shores, Alabama area .

MEP Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to completion; Supervise daily field operations, project schedules, and overall progress; Coordinate foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, General Contractors, and office teams; Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work; Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation; Monitor project budgets, labor hours, materials, procurement, and deliveries; Conduct project meetings and provide progress reports; Ensure compliance with schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements; Identify potential delays or challenges and implement effective solutions; Coordinate MEP systems, including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Alarm; Maintain accurate project records using platforms such as Procore and Monday.com; Visit and manage job sites in the Gulf Shores area as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction; Strong knowledge of construction processes, schedules, and documentation; Experience with submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, and budget control; Knowledge and experience with MEP systems—Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC—is strongly preferred ; Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications; Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, AutoCAD, Revit, and/or BIM is a plus; Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines; Must be available to work full-time in the Gulf Shores, Alabama area .
