We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects throughout Alabama. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated engineer who enjoys leading projects, mentoring teams, and working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Lead civil site development and infrastructure projects from planning through construction. Manage site layout, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control design. Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, specifications, and construction documents. Coordinate permitting and approvals with municipalities, agencies, and clients. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects. Assist with business development, proposals, and client relationship management. Represent the company through professional organizations and community involvement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license in Alabama. Minimum of 8 years of civil/site engineering and project management experience. Strong proficiency with Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams. Passion for mentoring others and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
