Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager at Watermark Construction Group, LLC. Our home office is located in Pelham, AL, but we cover as far south as Montgomery to North Birmingham and as far west as Tuscaloosa to Pell City. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, coordinating logistics, and overseeing project management activities. We are looking for an individual with a great attitude and great interpersonal skills that has the capacity to work in high demanding situations. Our home office is located in Pelham, AL, but we cover as far south as Montgomery to North Birmingham and as far west as Tuscaloosa to Trussville.

Responsibilities:

Daily communication with claimants Supervise subcontractor work Working with homeowners Pick up material as needed Prepare work schedules Schedule subcontractors and in-house crews for the completion of your work Weekly updates in project management software

Qualifications :

3 years experience in residential remodeling Proficient in computers and learning new systems Great Customer Service skills. Able to work with homeowners and insurance companies. Can pass a background check and drug test Valid drivers license with good drivers record
