Job Description

This position is responsible for preparing accurate estimates, coordinating labor and subcontractors, purchasing and scheduling of materials, communicating with customers, monitoring project costs and schedules, and helping ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. This position will manage jobs from bid through completion. Candidate must be organized, accountable, able to solve problems independently and comfortable working with customers, co-workers, subcontractors and suppliers. Must be able to communicate well with others.
