Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects across the Gulf Coast from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and initiate projects by defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all members.
Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field OR progressive trade experience.3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
Experience with heavy concrete, pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), or structural steel a plus.
