PROJECT MANAGER I

Job Description

Description:
The Project Manager I manages assigned customer projects from planning through completion, stakeholder coordination, communication with internal and external teams, project schedules and milestones, scope, resources, risks, and deliverables. The position is responsible for maintaining clear customer expectations, keeping projects progressing, and ensuring successful transition of completed work to ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, scope, project costs, milestones, resources, and deliverables for assigned customer projects. Communicate regularly with customers, internal teams, and leadership regarding project status, priorities, risks, decisions, and expectations; facilitate project meetings and prepare status updates as appropriate. Manages project development priorities, and resource needs with developers and Development leadership; identify and escalate constraints or blockers as appropriate. Identify, assess, communicate, and manage project risks, including developing appropriate mitigation or response strategies. Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and customer requirements. Develop and maintain a working understanding of the OASIS software environment, supported business models, and general application flow. Coordinate the implementation of customer-specific or newly developed features and ensure their successful transition to OASIS Support. Provide user training on major components of OASIS after demonstrating appropriate product proficiency. Use project-management tools such as Monday.com and appropriate Agile practices to manage priorities, expectations, dependencies, and blockers.

Identifies performance measures, analyzes results, and recommends actions to improve processes, products, or outcomes.
Software:
Proficient with project management, spreadsheet, reporting, and business productivity tools used to organize, analyze, and communicate project information.
Work Content:
Regularly requires sitting, speaking, close visual work, and hearing. Occasionally requires lifting up to 10 pounds.
On Call:
Participates in the scheduled customer-support on-call rotation, primarily providing customer communication, triage, and escalation as appropriate.
Travel:
As OASIS knowledge develops, opportunities for occasional on-site customer training may arise. Travel will be discussed with the employee based on business needs and availability.
