Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate multiple teams, manage project schedules, and ensure adherence to construction regulations and safety standards. As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive project success by leveraging your expertise in construction management software, cost control, and team leadership to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of large-scale construction projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools; coordinate construction schedule timelines with all stakeholders Manage project budgets through Construction estimating tools like HeavyBid and Construction budget management software; monitor costs and implement cost-saving measures as needed Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards Supervise project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and site personnel; facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all levels Ensure construction site safety protocols are strictly followed; conduct regular site inspections to maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and other project management tools to track progress, document issues, and report on project performance Requirements Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction scheduling and project coordination Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance procedures Proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards; experience with construction estimating is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role; excellent communication and time management abilities Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately; familiarity with contract administration and managing construction documents Construction site experience with a focus on civil or commercial projects; understanding of construction schedule coordination and project delivery methods Join our team as a Senior Project Manager to lead transformative projects that build the future!
