Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the cross-functional execution of a global launch. This person will serve as the central project lead, overseeing workflows with internal teams, coordinating with agencies, and identifying, hiring, and managing consultants, vendors, and specialized partners across key workstreams, including sales, paid media, influencer marketing, publicity, creative production, content, partnerships, and events. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for translating the overall strategy into an integrated execution plan and ensuring that every team delivers against it. This role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple external agencies and senior stakeholders, hold teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables, identify dependencies and gaps, and escalate decisions when necessary. Key Responsibilities Build and own a comprehensive master project plan, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and ownership across all workstreams. Translate strategies from each functional team into clear execution plans and maintain a centralized source of truth across all launch activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams, external agencies, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution. Oversee project management across integrated marketing, creative production, sales, paid media, influencer campaigns, PR, content, partnerships, and events. Manage creative and production workflows, including timelines, asset requirements, deliverables, reviews, and approvals across internal and external stakeholders. Identify, onboard, and manage specialized external partners, establishing clear scopes, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. Lead regular project meetings, track progress, identify dependencies and roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues. Monitor campaign progress and performance against agreed-upon goals, coordinating with teams to identify necessary adjustments. Provide leadership with regular updates on project status, priorities, risks, performance, and decisions requiring input. Ensure seamless coordination and execution across major campaign milestones and launch activities, including launch readiness, critical deliverables, and contingency planning. Qualifications 7+ years of senior-level project management, program management, integrated marketing, launch management, or similar experience. Demonstrated experience managing multiple agencies, vendors, and specialized teams simultaneously. Experience managing complex launches involving several disciplines such as sales, paid media, influencer/creator marketing, PR, content, partnerships, and events. Experience project managing high-profile, integrated 360-degree campaigns or major launches for globally recognized brands, entertainment properties, talent, or consumer products strongly preferred. Publishing, entertainment, media, talent, or major consumer launch experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and specialized partners, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution across multiple workstreams. Strong understanding of marketing and sales workflows and the ability to understand enough of each discipline to effectively manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Exceptional project-management, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to confidently hold senior internal and external stakeholders accountable. Excellent judgment around prioritization, escalation, confidentiality, and communication. Ability to turn complex strategies and conversations into clear execution plans. Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
