Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee all construction projects Supervise and manage all field staff Be the main point of contact for design professionals, owners, and vendors Manage subcontractors and approve invoices Required experience: Minimum 2 years experience in residential construction management including but not limited to: Creating and managing a construction schedule Managing homeowners/ clients, employee's and subcontractors Interacting with building inspectors/ other county & city officials Requesting & qualifying proposals from subcontractors & material suppliers General knowledge of basic residential building codes Ability to read construction documents and blueprints

Qualifications:

Ability to identify problems and formulate solutions Strong leadership and management skills A High School diploma or GED required A Bachelor's degree is a plus!

Job Type:

Full Time Salary:
