Full Job Description Position:

Roofing Project Manager We are looking for an experienced, motivated Roofing Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential roofing, understands how to manage projects from start to finish, and can communicate effectively with customers, crews, vendors, and management. Responsibilities Manage roofing projects from initial contract through completion Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, deliveries, and job schedules Communicate with customers regarding project progress, scheduling, and any issues that arise Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, quality, safety, and production Make sure work is being completed according to the scope of work and project specifications Review plans, specifications, and roofing details as needed Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors Identify potential problems before they become costly issues Handle change orders and additional work as needed Track labor, materials, and project costs to help keep jobs profitable Take measurements and assist with estimating when needed Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, daily reports, and job records Work closely with the owner and management team to keep projects moving forward Help ensure crews have everything they need to be productive each day Address customer concerns professionally and work toward timely solutions Ensure completed projects meet company quality standards Qualifications Previous roofing project management experience required Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation practices Commercial roofing experience is a strong plus Experience with single-ply roofing, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, and/or asphalt shingles is preferred Ability to read plans and understand roofing details Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Comfortable working both in the office and in the field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be dependable, accountable, and able to work independently What We Are Looking For We need someone who can take ownership of a project. You should be able to walk onto a job site, understand what needs to happen, communicate with the crew, identify problems, and keep the project moving.
