Job Description
Engineering Project Manager (Senior Level) Manteca, CA Direct Hire We are in search of a Engineer Project Manager that has experience managing 10-20 projects at a time. You will need to be motivated and determined to get the job done.
MUST HAVE
: experience in design on engineering side of building construction- Architectural/Structural background.
Schedule :
Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pmCompensation :
$85k- 90k DOE What you will do as a
Engineer Project Manager :
Build and maintain relationships with clients, and architect to ensure that all parties are informed of project status. Specific Responsibilities and Functions of aEngineer Project Manager :
Must have knowledge and experience with Engineering Drawings Provide direction and guidance to Engineering team for standard projects as well as bid specification projects in areas of Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Plumbing. Coordinate project and drawings with customer and architect as it relates to a sales order/bid, and site drawings. To include progress meetings prior to approvals, DSA appointments and site meetings during construction phase. Assist Architect of Record in submitting and obtaining DSA approvals Purchasing- Ensure materials are identified and ordered in order to meet production schedule Estimating
- Coordinate pricing from estimating for proposed change orders Production
- Manage and review drawings. Ensure project is built per contract and contract documents. Field
- Provide technical support to field installation crews Maintain internal project schedule.
