  • Candidates ideally in Mountain View. Onsite 3 days a week.
  • Remote but based in California also considered.
  • Responsibilities:
  • + Own end-to-end program delivery across a defined portfolio (e.
g., Payments, Bill Pay, Lending, Workforce Solutions), coordinating engineering, product, and design partners + Drive planning cadences and attain commitments with confidence, risks, and trajectory against committed goals + Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies before they become blockers + Build and maintain program health reporting (RAID logs, dashboards, status updates) for leadership visibility + Facilitate technical and cross-functional discussions to unblock decisions and drive alignment
  • Skills:
  • + Ability to work independently with abiguity and come up to speed quickly + Strong technical fluency mdash able to engage engineering on architecture and tradeoffs without being the implementer + Rigorous execution: structured planning risk management and follow-through under ambiguity + Excellent written and verbal communication comfortable presenting to senior leadership Track record of scaling process or re-usable frameworks + Experience with tools like Jira Dragonboat Slack and Betterworks or equivalent PPM/collaboration stacks + Fintech knowledge is a plus •
Education:
