Job Description
Sales Support Analyst:
As a Sales Support Analyst Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that improve how our team operates, communicates, and supports the business. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technology, process improvement, and creating resources that help others succeed. In this role, you may: Explore AI and automation opportunities to help streamline team processes, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency across Sales Support activities. Create training materials and team resources , including guides, reference documents, job aids, knowledge articles, and process documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow challenges and helping design solutions that enhance the employee and customer experience. Assist with data analysis projects , gathering insights from business data to support decision-making, track key metrics, and identify trends. Partner with Sales Support, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and help document processes and requirements. Help maintain and improve team knowledge management tools , ensuring information is organized, accessible, and up to date. Participate in project planning and execution , contributing ideas and helping drive initiatives from concept through implementation. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help teams monitor performance and make data-driven decisions. Test and evaluate new tools, technologies, and system enhancements that support operational excellence. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to team members and stakeholders, gaining valuable experience in business communication and collaboration. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
$20 min hourly wage - $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location
