Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Cable & Harness Technician to support assembly and production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for cable assembly, wire harness fabrication, crimping, wire termination, and quality testing to ensure products meet established specifications and deadlines.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble cable and wire harnesses according to drawings, schematics, and work instructionsPerform stripping, crimping, soldering, and connector installationRoute, bundle, and secure cables and harnesses to specificationConduct continuity testing, inspections, and basic troubleshootingIdentify and resolve assembly issues while maintaining quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentMeet production schedules and project deadlines
