We are looking to add an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to our team. We are a family-owned restoration company with 35 years of experience in disaster recovery and property renovations. We respond 24/7/365 to property emergencies at homes and businesses - this includes fire, smoke, water, wind, and mold damage. The needs of our clients mean that we have to be flexible in our schedules and availability- working nights, weekends and holidays when needed. Industry experience, IICRC certifications and working knowledge of Xactimate are required. Responsibilities of the position will include: Project Management Inspect new losses Meet with customers/potential customers to explain claim and job process Maintain oversight of ongoing jobs through phone calls and onsite inspections Prepare written estimate using Xactimate, review estimates of other project managers for accuracy Maintain profitable job margins Maintain consistent communication with all parties in a claim including: property owner, referral source, adjuster, agent, other Enviro Clean staff Attend weekly Production Meetings prepared to provide job status/updates Labor Management Coordinate labor for all mitigation jobs including: staff technicians and sub-contracted labor Provide technicians with daily work orders for all work to be performed, providing clear expectations of scope and duration of jobs as well as equipment and materials needed as well as any special customer needs/expectations Maximize labor resources through efficiency and advanced planning Supervision Maintain a positive attitude toward fellow staff and customers - being responsive and empathetic Provide customers with a clear descriptions of our process and typical insurance carrier process; keep them updated when changes occur Manage customer expectations while still making it clear that the customer is our priority Keep claim adjusters up to date on claim

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
