Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager on new construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with multiple departments: permitting, accounting, project coordinators and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Maintain project schedules using construction management software
• Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings, previous experience not required
• Facilitate communication between team members and ensure timely resolution of any issues or conflicts
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Assist project coordinator in the procurement of materials as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven experience in a role with similar skillsets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
