An Assistant Project Manager assists a project manager on projects with a defined scope, start and completion point. Provides site management for large construction projects. Assists with managing cost estimates and bids; manages contractors and subcontractors, project budgets and schedules.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist project manager on new construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with multiple departments: permitting, accounting, project coordinators and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Maintain project schedules using construction management software
- Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings, previous experience not required
- Facilitate communication between team members and ensure timely resolution of any issues or conflicts
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist project coordinator in the procurement of materials as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a role with similar skillsets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
