• Ma nage the HVAC scope of multiple projects simultaneously; develop schedules, manpower plans, and repeatable systems. Review drawings and equipment schedules; manage submittals and RFIs; resolve trade conflicts before installation. O versee daily installation activities; direct foremen, installers, and labor. M aintain project budgets; manage equipment procurement and lead times; price and negotiate change orders; control cost overruns. Manage permits and revisions; schedule and pass inspections; ensure compliance with the Florida Building Code - Mechanical and local requirements. Inspect installations against company standards; identify deficiencies and ensure prompt correction before inspections and turnover. Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements; report hazards immediately; maintain clean and organized job sites. Manage startup, test and balance, and controls programming; verify performance; deliver closeout documentation and manage punch list and warranty. Provide regular updates on job progress, labor performance, material needs, budget status, and issues affecting schedule or cost. Maintain professional relationships with general contractors, owners, and project representatives; resolve field issues quickly.
