The Role BTCL is growing its install team and adding a Project Manager to own execution of sold landscape and hardscape projects from contract signing through final walkthrough. This is an execution-focused role — estimating and sales stay with ownership — so the PM's job is to take a scoped, budgeted project and deliver it on time, on budget, and to BTCL's quality standard. The PM will oversee multiple Install Foremen and their crews across several active jobs at once. What You'll Do Convert signed contracts into a job plan: sequencing, crew assignment, material ordering, and subcontractor coordination Assign each job to an Install Foreman and set clear expectations on timeline, scope, and budget Serve as the client's single point of contact during install — progress updates, change orders, walkthroughs, and punch-list sign-off Track budget vs. actual on every active job; flag scope creep or overruns immediately Run a weekly check-in with each Foreman on active jobs; resolve escalations such as design conflicts, client disputes, or delays Maintain a rolling schedule across all active jobs so crews are never double-booked or idle What We're Looking For 3+ years managing residential landscape or hardscape install projects, ideally at a premium/high-end company Comfortable running multiple concurrent budgets and using scheduling software Strong written and verbal communicator — you'll represent BTCL directly to clients Track record of leading through Foremen rather than doing the hands-on work yourself Valid driver's license and willingness to be on jobsites regularly, not just in the office Why

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
