Roofing, construction, or project management. Sales, customer service, or business development. Coordinating crews, suppliers, and schedules. CRM or project management software. Roofing and management experience are NOT required. We value work ethic, initiative, communication, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Project Management & Operations Oversee roofing installations from start to finish. Coordinate crews, materials, scheduling, and deliveries. Remain on-site during installations to ensure quality and efficiency. Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections. Maintain project records and communicate updates to leadership. Homeowner Communication & Customer Experience Serve as the primary contact for homeowners. Provide project updates and address questions or concerns. Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and professional. Request Google and Facebook reviews after completed projects. Business Development & Growth Generate roofing inspections through referrals, job sites, and homeowner relationships. Build relationships with homeowners, neighbors, and referral partners. Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers when not managing active projects. Assist with neighborhood canvassing and other lead-generation activities.
