Job Description

Seeking an experienced and motivated project manager to oversee the construction of high-quality custom homes from groundbreaking to completion.

Responsibilities :

-Manage multiple custom home projects simultaneously
-Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
-Maintain project schedules and budgets
-Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications
-Communicate regularly with homeowners and team members
-Monitor job safety and cleanliness
-Resolve construction challenges in a timely and professional manner

Requirements :

-Experience in residential construction project management
-Strong knowledge of custom home building processes
-Excellent communication and organization skills
-Ability to read and interpret construction plans
-Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools
-Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Pay:

From $65,000.00 per year
