Job Description
Seeking an experienced and motivated project manager to oversee the construction of high-quality custom homes from groundbreaking to completion.
Responsibilities :
- -Manage multiple custom home projects simultaneously
- -Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
- -Maintain project schedules and budgets
- -Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications
- -Communicate regularly with homeowners and team members
- -Monitor job safety and cleanliness
- -Resolve construction challenges in a timely and professional manner
Requirements :
- -Experience in residential construction project management
- -Strong knowledge of custom home building processes
- -Excellent communication and organization skills
- -Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- -Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools
- -Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
