This is a hybrid field-and-office role combining hands-on site oversight with project coordination. You'll work alongside our project managers to maintain safe, organized jobsites, coordinate subcontractors and service providers, and keep work moving forward. What You'll Do Help maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites; identify and promptly address or escalate safety concerns. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and service providers, including scheduling, site access, and follow-through. Monitor progress and workmanship, flag potential issues, and communicate updates to the project team. Assist with material orders, deliveries, scheduling, and project documentation. Track punch-list items and service requests through completion. Perform occasional hands-on tasks and minor repairs within your experience and capabilities. Treat clients' homes with care and represent Avondale professionally. What We're Looking For 2-5 years of construction experience, preferably in residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or a related trade. A practical understanding of construction sequencing, jobsite safety, and quality workmanship. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and is comfortable balancing fieldwork with administrative responsibilities. Ability to read plans and use email, mobile apps, and basic project management software. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to local jobsites. Bonus Qualifications Your own truck and tools. Carpentry, repair, or punch-list experience. Familiarity with Buildertrend. Experience coordinating subcontractors or service appointments.
