Project Manager II Position Purpose The Project Manager II provides reliable coordination and administrative project support that enables senior leadership to make informed decisions and maintain execution discipline. This role ensures schedules, actions, and deliverables are tracked accurately and that coordination across the program's branches and contracts is consistent and dependable. What Success Looks Like Meetings, working groups, and schedules are planned and executed smoothly with clear agendas and follow-through. Action items, milestones, and deliverables are tracked accurately and remain visible to leadership. Status reports and administrative documentation are timely, accurate, and decision-ready. Coordination across branches and supporting contracts is orderly and transparent. How the Work Gets Done at Paragon At Paragon, project coordination is treated as an execution enabler. Project Managers operate with professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability, supporting leaders and teams by maintaining structure, predictability, and clear communication across organizational boundaries. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate meetings, working groups, and schedules in support of program activities. Track action items, milestones, and deliverables to ensure commitments are visible and met. Prepare and maintain status reports and administrative documentation for leadership review. Support integration and coordination across the program and multiple supporting contracts. Maintain organized project records and ensure information is accessible and current. Required Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Active SECRET security clearance. Minimum of one (1) year of project coordination or administrative project support experience. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting DoD acquisition or IT programs. Familiarity with government portfolio management, task tracking, or workflow tools. Working Conditions Work is performed in support of a government program environment. Position requires maintaining an active SECRET clearance. Work location and schedule will align with program and customer requirements.
