Job Description

Grand Industrial is seeking an Industrial Services Project Manager with a strong industrial maintenance background who has advanced from the field into leadership. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Project Manager or an Industrial Superintendent ready to take the next step in their career. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can estimate projects, lead crews, build customer relationships, and work alongside field personnel when needed . Our Industrial Services Division specializes in plant shutdowns, outage support, baghouse and salt tank cleanouts, specialty coatings, industrial painting, rigging and crane work, scaffolding, mechanical maintenance, and other critical industrial services.
Compensation:
Typical annual earnings range from $100,000-$150,000 , which include guaranteed base compensation and performance-based project profit sharing. This is not a capped compensation plan.   • Lead industrial maintenance, shutdown, outage, and specialty service projects from estimate through completion.
  • Prepare project estimates, bids, schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and equipment requirements.
  • Manage customer relationships while identifying additional work opportunities and helping grow existing accounts.
  • Coordinate labor, subcontractors, cranes, equipment, materials, and project schedules.
  • Lead plant shutdowns and outage projects while maintaining aggressive production schedules.
  • Oversee baghouse cleanouts, salt tank cleanouts, specialty coatings, industrial painting, mechanical maintenance, rigging and crane operations, scaffolding, and general industrial facility maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and company leadership.
  • Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain high-performing field employees.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Promote Grand Industrial's safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance. Required Qualifications
  • Journeyman-level experience in industrial maintenance, construction, or a related skilled trade.
  • Demonstrated progression from the field into leadership.
  • Four or more years leading industrial crews as a Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Experience estimating and managing industrial maintenance, shutdown, or outage projects.
  • Working knowledge of rigging, crane coordination, scaffolding, mechanical maintenance, industrial coatings, or related industrial services.
  • Ability to read blueprints, project specifications, and mechanical drawings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Willingness to work alongside field personnel when project demands require it. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing refinery, manufacturing, food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, power generation, or heavy industrial facilities.
  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • NCCER Certification.
  • Experience estimating industrial maintenance contracts.
  • Existing industrial customer relationships throughout Indiana and the Midwest.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Equipment operation, rigging, or crane certifications.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
