Mears Lawn & Landscape:
As a Landscape Project Manager, you'll have the autonomy to oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, managing everything from scheduling and budgeting to supervising crews and building strong client relationships. Here's what you'll be doing:
Lead & Inspire Teams:
Manage multiple crews of 2-3 team members, ensuring efficient project execution and high-quality results on every job.
Own Your Projects:
Take full ownership of your projects, from initial client meetings and bidding to overseeing the day-to-day operations of job sites. You'll ensure that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Customer-Focused Leadership:
Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice, clear communication, and regular updates. Your goal is to exceed customer expectations and ensure satisfaction at every stage of the project.
Problem Solving:
Every project has its challenges, and you'll be there to help navigate them. Whether it's managing unexpected issues on-site or adjusting schedules, you'll have the resources and support to find solutions.
Operational Management:
Develop efficient schedules, routes, and project timelines. Manage resources, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth project delivery.

Years of Landscape Project Management Experience:
You've successfully managed landscaping projects before and are ready to take your career to the next level with more autonomy and responsibility.
Leadership Skills:
You know how to lead teams, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Customer-Focused Attitude:
You're committed to delivering excellent customer service, building lasting relationships, and ensuring that every project exceeds client expectations.

You're a natural problem-solver, able to think on your feet, manage multiple tasks, and ensure projects stay on track.
Client Communication:
Strong communication skills are essential. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive, clear, and professional communication throughout the project. You must be able to articulate ideas, address concerns, and provide updates to customers in a way that fosters trust and satisfaction.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in using software tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Sheets, and email for project management, estimating, and scheduling. Experience with industry-specific software like SingleOps is a plus for managing operations and streamlining workflows. Education (Preferred): An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Turf Science, Agricultural Business, or a related field is required.
