Civil Sitework Project Manager Bowling Green, KY Area $110,000-$175,000+ Base | 5-Figure Bonus | 100% Family Medical | Truck/Allowance | Relocation If you're a proven self-performing Civil Sitework Project Manager with strong earthwork and underground utility experience, this is a confidential opportunity worth a conversation. Our client is an industry-leading Heavy Civil Contractor searching for a sharp Civil Sitework Project Manager to join its growing Kentucky operation. The local division is expected to exceed $60M in annual revenue this year.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of self-performing Civil Site Development / Heavy Civil PM experience Strong commercial or industrial earthmoving and underground utility experience Landfill or coal ash pond experience a plus Power plant, industrial, or manufacturing project experience a plus Procore or P6 scheduling experience preferred HCSS, CAD, and Microsoft Office experience a plus Strong leadership, communication, and team skills
