Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic electrical construction management team. Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating electrical project activities from pre‑construction through closeout Prepare and review RFIs, submittals, compliance documents, and vendor quotes Support development of project budgets, cost tracking, and change order documentation Coordinate material procurement, stock lists, and supplier comparisons Maintain project documentation including drawings, specifications, meeting minutes, and logs Communicate with general contractors, vendors, inspectors, and field teams Track progress, identify issues, and support solutions to maintain schedule and quality Assist with jobsite visits, punch lists, and project turnover requirements Requirements Experience in electrical contracting, construction management, or related field preferred Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and construction processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with construction software a plus, Google Workspace applications Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and technical documents Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites as needed Electrical Construction Experience a plus Prior project management experience preferred.
