This Long-term Contract position will guide efforts to improve oversight of software and IT vendors, strengthen decision-making around renewals, and bring structure to contract, usage, and compliance analysis. The person in this role will collaborate closely with sourcing, software asset management, and technology teams to build practical processes that support vendor performance and risk management at scale.
Responsibilities:

  • Partner with software asset management, sourcing, and IS&T teams to establish consistent controls, reporting methods, and lifecycle management practices.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor-related communications, helping align internal teams and external partners on expectations and outcomes.
  • Drive data consolidation initiatives that bring together contract, spend, and usage insights for more informed vendor management decisions.
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance across the engagement lifecycle and recommend corrective actions where needed.
