Reyes Restoration is seeking an organized, dependable Restoration Project Manager to oversee projects from the initial assessment through completion. The ideal candidate can lead crews, manage schedules and budgets, and keep customers informed throughout the restoration process. Responsibilities Manage restoration projects, including scope, scheduling, budgets, materials, and quality control. Conduct site inspections, document damage, and develop project plans. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment. Serve as the primary customer contact and provide clear progress updates. Prepare and maintain estimates, photos, job notes, change orders, and project records. Communicate with insurance adjusters and other project stakeholders as needed. Monitor job costs and address delays or changes promptly. Ensure work follows company procedures and applicable safety requirements. Maintain accurate and up to date records of every assigned job. Complete final walkthroughs, resolve outstanding issues, and close out projects. Qualifications Previous project management experience in restoration, construction, or a related field. Knowledge of restoration processes and repair work. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities. Experience with estimating or project management software; Xactimate experience preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites. Availability for occasional after-hours or emergency response work, as required.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
