3003317967-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Baltimore Gas and Electric Company seeks a Sr Project Manager to lead complex gas and electric infrastructure and grid modernization initiatives across central Maryland. In this role, you will own full project lifecycles-from scoping and budgeting through execution and closeout-while upholding BGE's high standards for safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, track performance, and drive continuous improvement, supporting clean energy, resilience, and technology upgrades that serve 2 million+ customers. Responsibilities Lead complex gas and electric infrastructure and grid modernization projects from initiation through closeout Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope for multi-year capital projects Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, IT, and contractors to ensure safe, timely delivery Monitor project performance, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation and recovery plans as needed Ensure strict adherence to BGE safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations Prepare and present project status reports and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders Drive process improvements, lessons learned, and best practices to enhance project delivery Support clean energy and reliability initiatives aligned with BGE's long-term strategic objectives Required Skills Project management Capital infrastructure project delivery Utilities/energy industry knowledge Budgeting and cost control Risk management Stakeholder management and communication Regulatory and compliance awareness (utility sector) Contract and vendor management Scheduling and resource planning (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Data analysis and project reporting
