Provide recommendations to meet customer foam specs Gain knowledge of Foam Specs, Open and Closed cell foam types Manage life span of orders, follow up on lead time to meet customers' demands. Actively listen to customers to understand needs and present products that are consistent with customer needs and preferences. Set and meet a timeline for the completion of an upholstery & sewn project. Use creativity and design skills to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Communicate professionally and with proper etiquette, both written and verbal. Creative, team player, dedicated, solution minded with a positive attitude. Experience in sales environment Basic math, computer, and office skills, iOS experience preferred. Ability to lift 25lbs, Ability to stand for 4-5 hours at a time

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday 9:00a-4:00p. No weekends. Super fun position if you like design and making happy customers!
