Hybrid, onsite 3 days per week Our client, a major Michigan utility provider, is seeking a Project Administration Coordinator to support a large-scale project and business transformation initiative. This role will provide hands-on coordination across project administration, meetings, communications, training, change management activities, and project reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across project teams and business stakeholders. Key Focus Project and administrative coordination Meeting, calendar, and action-item management Training coordination and logistics Change management and employee engagement support Project schedules, trackers, reporting, and documentation Stakeholder and leadership communications What You'll Do Coordinate project meetings, calendars, documentation, and action items. Support project leadership with administrative and coordination activities. Assist with change management and business readiness initiatives. Coordinate employee engagement sessions, stakeholder outreach, and feedback collection. Support development and distribution of project communications. Coordinate training schedules, participant communications, attendance, and learning materials. Maintain training records and related documentation. Maintain project schedules, trackers, status reports, metrics, and milestone reporting. Help ensure timely communication and coordination across project teams and business stakeholders. What We're Looking For 3+ years of administrative, project coordination, training coordination, or related experience. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently and proactively. Willingness and ability to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.

Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
