Job Description

As an IPM Intern, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact our business. Job Duties and Responsibilities Perform data analysis to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders Assist in problem-solving by analyzing complex issues and developing practical solutions Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and support a positive team environment Use the Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements Apply critical thinking to evaluate information and make informed decisions Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring Required Qualifications Education Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Must have completed at least 2 years of education, entering Junior year or beyond Experience No prior professional experience required; internship or project experience is a plus Knowledge/Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and prioritization skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with data analysis tools and techniques Familiarity with project management methodologies Active involvement in extracurricular activities or relevant organizations Physical Requirements/Work Conditions Standard office environment Ability to sit for extended periods Occasional lifting of light materials
