Admiral Electric HVAC & Plumbing is looking for an experienced HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager to join our growing team. This position will oversee light commercial and residential projects from estimating and scheduling through completion, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. Duties Manage HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and custor:ners Review project scopes, plans, estimates, and material requirements Schedule crews, inspections, materials, and equipment Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability Communicate with homeowners, general contractors, builders, and commercial customers Conduct jobsite visits and ensure quality workmanship Identify and resolve project issues quickly Prepare change orders, proposals, and project documentation Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, permits, and safety requirements Help maintain strong customer and contractor relationships

Qualifications:

3+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing project management experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing systems Experience with estimating, scheduling, job costing, and project coordination Ability to read plans, specifications, and scopes of work Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation HVAC or plumbing field experience is highly valued

Pay:

$50,700.24 - $100,000.00 per year
