Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in underground solutions throughout Southern Minnesota and the entire United States.

Monitor work project schedule and job-cost daily to assure project profitability. Assure Customer expectations are met or exceeded in a manner that maximizes profitability. Promote and support the Ellingson Core Values through modeling the desired behaviors and communicating and reinforcing the messages through daily activities and interactions.

Requirements:

Limited to moderate travel. Ability to work in an office environment. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred 2-5 years' experience in underground utility construction required. Experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling or Trenchless applications is preferred. Required skills include but are not limited to effective communication, problem solving, analytical, adaptability, positive attitude, team player.
