Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate scientific testing programs by reviewing study protocols, analytical methods, client requests, quotations, purchase orders, and technical documentation to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and communicated. Create, maintain, and track study records, project timelines, and client deliverables within laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and other internal databases. Partner with laboratory, quality assurance, stability, sample management, and analytical teams to ensure required materials, methods, specifications, and documentation are available prior to study initiation. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing project updates, facilitating status meetings, and ensuring timely communication regarding study progress and milestones. Monitor project timelines, testing schedules, and deliverables to support on-time completion of scientific studies and laboratory testing programs. Coordinate cross-functional activities between laboratory operations, quality, finance, business development, and client services teams to keep projects moving efficiently. Track project scope, identify changes to testing requirements, and support change-order requests and budget updates as needed. Assist with invoice review, milestone tracking, and resolution of project-related discrepancies. Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready project documentation in accordance with company quality standards and client requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide project coordination assistance for complex scientific testing programs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory, scientific, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, environmental, food testing, or project coordination environment. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting laboratory studies, analytical testing programs, clinical, pharmaceutical, environmental, food, or biotechnology projects. Familiarity with laboratory workflows, scientific documentation, quality systems, or regulated environments such as GMP, GLP, or ISO-accredited laboratories. Experience with LIMS, eLIMS, e
QMS, ETQ, CRM
systems, or similar laboratory software platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to interpret scientific data, laboratory reports, protocols, and technical documentation. Previous experience in project coordination, client-facing scientific support, laboratory operations, or study management. Additional Information This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. , with overtime opportunities available as business needs require.
