Position Summary:

This is an entry level clerical position where you will learn all aspects of the business and interact with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Technicians in the telecommunication industry.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Carefully maintain records, complete close out packages, and track the project stages Provide administrative support to the project managers and other team members Create and maintain large spreadsheet databases Develop and maintain relationships with client coordinators and project managers Coordinate meetings and presentations Serve as a point of contact by answering and making phone calls along with drafting outgoing letters and emails

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills- Microsoft Excel skills are vital and working knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred Knowledge in the telecommunication field is preferred Strong work ethic Positive and upbeat attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking and good judgment to quickly determine and prioritize key issues Work under pressure and multi-task

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times Works onsite
