Education:

Bachelor's Degree Required Description Project Specialist III provides project management, administrative, procurement, scheduling, resource coordination, vendor management, documentation, and reporting support to Project Managers and project teams.

Requirements:

3+ years supporting Project Managers and project teams 3+ years of procurement/order management experience Project scheduling, resource coordination, meeting coordination, and project tracking Budget tracking, reporting, documentation, and risk management Vendor/contractor coordination and invoice resolution

Microsoft Office:

Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Asana , or similar Strong organization, communication, multitasking, and attention to detail Project Management certification strongly preferred: PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or similar SAP/ERP experience preferred Qualifications 3+ years of project coordination and procurement experience Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently PMP, CAPM, or other Project Management certification preferred Additional Information No third party resumes will be accepted Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted CTG will consider for employment-qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
